Fleet Wash Bay — Ground-Up Build
A complete drive-through wash lane for a large-vehicle fleet — KPM crews erected the gantry structures, ran the overhead stainless supply piping, set the brush systems, and built the chemical feed room that drives it all.

Chemical Feed & Pump Systems
Behind every wash lane and process system is a pump room that has to run every day. KPM built this one out complete — chemical storage, vertical multistage pumps, dosing systems, and the piping and controls between them.

Terminal & Tank Farm Operations
Winter doesn't wait, and neither do terminals. KPM supports bulk storage and loadout facilities through every season — silos, canopies, transfer systems, and the mechanical work that keeps product moving.

Underground Tank Change-Out
Old steel out, new tank in — with the excavation, shoring, dewatering, and backfill handled safely in an active facility. This is the full-scope change-out work KPM delivers from first dig to final restore.
